This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the world-famous Moulds Family Vineyard, located on the western bench in Napa Valley’s “sweet spot” of the Oak Knoll District Terroir, which experiences moderate temperatures year-round allowing for the fruit to ripen slowly. The fruit was harvested 9/25/20 @ 26.2 Brix. It is a blend of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2.25% Petit Verdot, 0.5% Malbec and 0.25% Cabernet Franc. It was aged in Oak barrels for 22 months and bottle aged for 6 months. It is a full-bodied wine with a core of dark berries, good balance, silky tannins and a long finish.
